Criminal Records Services Ltd is a premier Umbrella Organisation Body providing specialist support to statutory and private companies and the voluntary sector, and also to conduct specific background checks on behalf of clients.

Our policy is to satisfy our customer's needs by supplying a competitively priced quality service on time with the highest service levels possible, commensurate with maintaining a profitable company.

Our objectives will be realised by the operation of clearly defined business processes, which are continuously monitored to ensure that improvement is inherent within their operation by having clearly defined measurable quality objectives contained in our management review process.

We will develop our employees by implementing continuous training and development and by establishing clear targets and good communications.

We will pursue a process of Total Quality that will provide a customer focus, enhance customer satisfaction, and will seek continuous improvements and developments to build upon our ISO9001 based quality system.
