As a recruitment agency you are entitled to apply for any level of check depending on the job role of the applicant and the eligibility of which check is appropriate.
As more companies now take the opportunity to see if their employees or new staff have a criminal conviction by carrying out Criminal Record Checks it is becoming increasingly popular with employers when they are in a position of trust, involving keys or money etc.
The four levels of Criminal Record Checks are
- ENHANCED WITH THE BARRED LIST
- ENHANCED WITHOUT THE BARRED LIST
